The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is situated right next to the railway and bus station. This makes it very convenient to travel to the nearby snow monkey park and skiing resorts. Moreover, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a great time chatting with them. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable and the hotel facilities are great too, with both indoor and outdoor onsens.

The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants and explore the surrounding area. Another highlight was the natural hot spring onsen, which was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Some areas of the room felt a bit dated and in need of a thorough cleaning. For example, the furnishings had some stains and the windowsill was a bit dusty.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was delightful. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and near many great restaurants. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to everything! the hotel facilities were very nice, especially the modern dining area. the outdoor bath was another great feature, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the free ramen from 8-10pm was also a nice touch!
The room felt a bit outdated, especially the yellowed walls. the shower pressure and heating in the bathroom were less than ideal.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Convenient location near railway and bus station. Beautiful onsen, both indoor and outdoor baths. Comfortable rooms with nice amenities.

This hotel is perfectly situated next to the railway and bus station, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable Western-style beds, and the basic amenities are all in place. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. One of the standout features is the delicious breakfast, prepared right in front of you, offering both traditional Japanese and Western options.
